What if.

.

[Music for a meditative reading. “In Reverence” by David Tolk.]

.

.

and what if the soul

being infinite and unbound

by well by anything

and being

an immense unmeasureable measure of self

of our all

is our all

what if the soul

after the body tires and fades

simply bursts forth again

big bangs itself back

into the righteous interdependence

the dance

and reconnects with Everything

and for a time thereafter enjoys

a recognition a recognizing a reunion

of all it was

is and is and was and is

in your eyes

in your eyes

in your eyes

in your eyes

is where I see

my Love

otherwise

why would

a stranger

a child

an infant

look so intensely

at me

a stranger

for so long as though

begging then demanding

know me know me know me

yes

and so recently

here

oh my soul oh my soul oh my soul

you are all you are all

all
